Dear Ms. Chen:
During discussion with the NRC staff [1], it became clear that supplemental information would aid the staff in completing their review of the HI-STORM 100 Amendment 15.
Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter contain the supplemental FSAR information in proprietary and non-proprietary versions, and Attachment 3 contains the updated technical calculation package.
Holtec considers information in Attachments 1 and 3 to be proprietary information; therefore, to this letter is an affidavit prepared in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 requesting that these attachments be withheld from public disclosure.
