Dear Sir:
Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., (NFS) is hereby providing the NFS Emergency Plan, NFS-GH-903, Revision 26, dated September 2020. Revision 26 has been reviewed and approved by the NFS Safety and Safeguards Review Council (SSRC). In accordance with 10 CFR Part 70, Section 70.32 (i), NFS has determined that the changes reflected in Revision 26 do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, and an amendment of SNM License 124 is not requested. Revision 26 replaces Revision 25, dated August 2019. It will become effective on September 30, 2020. Revision 25 should be destroyed or returned to NFS on or after that date.
Information contained in the enclosed Emergency Plan includes sensitive information and is marked "OFFICIAL USE ONLY" (OUO) in accordance with 5 IX t-/ '5 U.S.C.552, and is not suitable for public release.
