PAUL PINO No new nuclear projects should go forward in New Mexico until the Downwinders from the Trinity Nuclear Test are compensated (its been 75 years!) through amendments to HB-3783. Once the industry and the government demonstrate that they will take responsibility for accidents and exposures, perhaps then we can look at projects such as Holtec.
