[External_Sender] Comment to Docket ID NRC-2018-0052 The transport and storage of high levels of nuclear waste at the New Mexico site have too much short and long term risk and a safer at source or near source storage alternatives should be utilized. The NRC must consider the risks to citizens and the environment including ground water contamination as a high priority.

Even without the risks, the costs for local long term storage is more cost effective.
