MOTION TO SET ASIDE THE IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVENESS OF AN ORDER AND REQUEST FOR HEARING IN THE MATTER OF JOSEPH SHEA, DOCKET NO. IA-20-008, ORDER PROHIBITING INVOLMENT IN NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES The Office of the Secretary has received a filing entitled Joseph Sheas Motion to Set Aside the Immediate Effectiveness of an Order Banning Him from Engaging in NRC-Licensed Activities, Answer, and Request for Hearing. The filing dated September 22, 2020 is in response to Order IA-20-008, dated August 24, 2020, which was published in the Federal Register at 85 Fed. Reg. 53423 on August 28, 2020. It was received though the agencys Electronic Information Exchange (EIE), is available in ADAMS under accession number ML20266G394, and has been published on the Electronic Hearing Docket.
Mr. Sheas filing is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(i). This referral memorandum is being served on the EIE service list for the Joseph Shea proceeding, Docket No. IA-20-008 EA.
