OF CATEGORY 2, PARTIALLY CLOSED PUBLIC VIRTUAL MEETING ON AUGUST 06, 2020, TO DISCUSS CHANGES TO EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS DIGITAL ASSETS CYBER SECURITY On August 6, 2020, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted a virtual public meeting with representatives of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), the public, and other stakeholders to discuss the implementation of the NEIs white paper titled, Changes to NEI 10-04 and NEI 13-10 Guidance for Identifying and Protecting Digital Assets Associated with Emergency Preparedness Functions, dated March 2020 Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML20126G492. The NEI submitted the paper for the NRC staffs initial review and feedback.
This is the fourth meeting of a series of meetings intended to enhance and improve the NRC Cyber Security Oversight Program using risk-informed approaches. The NRC staff, industry stakeholders, and the public provided and discussed their questions and comments on the submitted white paper. contains the meeting summary, a list of documents related to the proposed changes, and the list of attendees.
