By letter dated July 23, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML20213C085), Eden Radioisotopes, LCC (Eden) submitted its Safeguards Information Protection Plan (Plan) for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review.
In the course of reviewing Edens Plan, the NRC staff has determined that additional information is needed to continue its review. A draft request for additional information (RAI) is attached.
A teleconference is scheduled for August 27, 2020 to confirm the understanding of the request.
