Draft Requests for Additional Information - MCA Heat Transfer and SSC Classification Date: Tuesday, September 15, 2020 4:18:00 PM Attachments: Oklo_Draft_RAI_9775_SSC_9-15-2020.docx Oklo_Draft_RAI_9772_Heat_Trans_9-15-2020.docx Hi Alex and Caroline, Attached are two draft RAIs for the MCA - Heat Transfer in the Reactor System, and Safety Classification of SSCs. As per the Interaction Plan sent to Oklo on 8-31-2020, the next step is to hold a clarification call, if needed, to address any questions Oklo has on the clarity of the RAI questions, and to discuss the next steps (audit, etc.). In accordance with NRCs Management Directive 3.5, this call can be non-public as long as the discussion is non-technical (i.e., the call is not an opportunity for Oklo to provide preliminary answers to the questions or to solicit feedback from the staff on the acceptability of the responses, etc.). Please provide dates for the clarification call(s) that Oklo believes are needed. The NRC proposes that these calls take place next week (September 21-25). Please let me know whether a call is needed, and the date and time that you and the relevant Oklo staff are available.
