To NRC Staff, I am strongly opposed to Holtecs storage proposal. I have been following the issues and dangers of the radioactive waste from nuclear power plants. Taking this deadly waste and transporting it across the country poses incredible risks. The dumping of it in an area, risks contamination and destruction of that area . People living there are not to be thrown away or disregarded. I feel that the only solution to this difficult issue of dangerous radioactive waste may be proper containment at site (dry casks) with periodic inspection to address disintegration. NO to Holtec Storage Proposal. Thank you for your concern in addressing this issue, Susan Mirsky 68 Hyde St.
