Damaris, On August 27, 2020, NRC staff held a closed conference call with American Centrifuge Operating (ACO) and Paschal Solutions staff to discuss NRCs draft requests for additional information (RAIs) regarding the American Centrifuge Plant High Assay Low Enriched Uranium Demonstration Programs Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP),

which the NRC had provided ACO via e-mail on August 10, 2020 (ADAMS Accession No. ML20230A028). The participants of the call were as follows:

ACO Kelly Wiehle Robin Halverson Paschal Solutions, Contractors to ACO Sheena Whaley Pearline Teeters Gerald Couture Steve Harris NRC Yawar Faraz Suzanne Ani Tom Pham During the call, Paschal Solutions requested NRC staff to clarify seven of its RAIs regarding the FNMCP, which they did. At the end of the call, the NRC staff also provided ACO and Paschal Solutions staff, several editorial comments which the NRC staff had identified during their review of the FNMCP. ACO staff noted these and said they will be incorporated in the next revision of the FNMCP. The NRC staff indicated that it did not need to modify its draft FNMCP RAIs as a result of this call. ACO staff were satisfied with the NRC staffs statements and clarifications provided during the call.
