MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Response to Administrative Letter 98-03 Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates On May 6,1998 the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued Administrative Letter 98-03, requesting licensees to provide within 45 days of receipt an estimate of licensing action submittals anticipated. In addition to those licensing action requests we have already submitted, we anticipate an average of three new submittals per year for the foreseeable future.
Specifically, for the duration of fiscal year 1998 we anticipate two new submittals. For fiscal year 1999 we anticipate three new submittals. The next submittal of a complex nature requiring major resources to review will be conversion to the Improved Standardized Technical Specifications, currently scheduled for submittal in June of 2000.
