amendments to the Commission's rules in 10 CFR Parts 30,40,50, and 72 in the Federal I
Reaister shortly. The amendments would allow certain qualifying non-profit lii:ensees, such as universities, colleges, and hospitals, and non-bond issuing business licensees to use self-guarantee as an additional mechanism for financial assurance for decommissioning.
