NAESCO License Exemption Request

Dear Mr. Hoyle:

After faxing copies of our Supplemental and Amended Petition for Institution of Proceeding for Intervention pursuant to 10 CFR 2.714 on behalf of Seacoast Anti-Pollution League and the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, we received the " Memorandum and Order" from Judge Cotter. To comply with that Order, we are today faxing additional copics of the Petition to Judge Kelber at (301)415-5599 and Judge Little at (919)783-9432 and sending copies by mail, postage paid, first class to Judge Keiver and Judge Little at the addresses indicated in the Order. We are also sending you two additional copies of the Petition.
