MODIFICATION N0. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 220 ENTITLED, " DATABASE FOR FOR CUMULATIVE RISK IMPACT" UNDER NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to incorporate a within scope change to the task order, in accordance with the attached revised 50W. at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
- 1. The statement of work, as provided in the basic task order, is deleted in its entirety,.and substituted with the. attache 1 revised statement of work, in p
lieu thereof.
2.
The work described herein, shall be performed within the current level of funding remaining in the task order, which is $48,460.00, of which $45,006.00 represents the reimbursable costs and $3,455.00 represents the fixed fee.
It is hereby agreed that no increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this extension shall be required.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the spaces provided below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
