Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) Exercise the option period four to extend the period of performance of the contract from April 30,1998 through October 31,1998; (2) increase the ceiling of the contract by $29,691.36 from $178,913.15 to $208,604.51 to allow for additional telecommunications services; and (3) Increase the funding in the contract by $26,000.00, from $151,448.43 to $177,448.43.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:
1.
SECTION B, SUBSECTION B.5, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - DELIVERY ORDERS, paragraph (a), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(a)
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered, and accepted under this contract is $208,604.51."

SECTION B, SUBSECTION B.5 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION - DELIVERY ORDERS, paragraph (b), first sentence, is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"(b)
The amount presently ob1 gated with respect to this contract is $177,448.43."

SECTION F, Subsection F.3, DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on May 1,1995 and will expire on October 31,1998. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.)"
A summary of obligations for this centract, from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:
