Subject:
PICKETING OF JOB SITE The Farley construction site is being picketed by the sheet metal workers whose contract expired 7-15-76.
All other crafts are honoring this picket line. The administrative, clerical and emergency services personnel are continuing to work.
The teamsters, iron workers, operating engineers and electrical workers

i contracts expired 6-30-76..
The picketing appears to be orderly. Union Contract negotiations are continuing; however, it is reported by the licensee that little if any progress is being made.
Region II received notification of this occurrence by telephone call l
from the, QA Supervisor, APCO, at 10:42 a.m. on 7-19-76.
