MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO.1 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC 26-93-290 The subject task order expired on July 1,1993 and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is
- Initiating closeout action as reflected in our letters to your organization dated December 18,1997 and March 9,1998. However, pending completion of all closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the subject task order for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, a unilateral decision has been made by the Contracting Officer to deobligate the excess funds under the subject task order in the amount of $5,185.67. As a result of the issuance of this unilatera' modification, it is brought to your attention that Modification No.1 under the subject task order dated December 18,1997 and March 9,1998, is hereby rescinded.
