MODIFICATION NO. 3 TO TASK ORDER NO. 3 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-26-93-290 The subject task order expired on June 24,1994, and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is initiating closeout action as reflected in our letter to your organization dated December 18,1997 and March 9,1998. However, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the subject task order for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, a unilateral decision has been made by the Contracting Officer to deobligate the excess funds under the subject task order in the amount of
$3,241.08, thereby decreasing the ceiling amount of the subject task order from $97,304.00 to
$94,062.92. Of this amount, $89,872.92 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $4,190.00 represents the fixed fee.
