MODIFICATION NO. 10 TO INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT NO. NRC-03-94-021 ENTITLED " PROTECTION OF SAFETY EQUIPMENT AGAINST MALEVOLENT USE OF VEHICLES"
Dear Mr. Thedens:
The subject interagency agreement has expired and we are initiating closecut action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds in the amount of $17.917.17 remaining under this interagency agreement. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
Article IV - Oblication of Funds and Estimated Amount of the Interagency Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

The total estimated amount of this Agreement is $659.582.82.
The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this Agreement is
$659.582.83.
All other terms and conditions of this Interagency Agreement remain the same.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this
- letter, You should retain One (1) copy for your files.
