On May 22,1998, C. Thor Oberg of this office conducted a safety inspection at 14 Parker Hall and the BMRC of activities authonzed by the above listed NRC license. The inspection was an examination of your licensed actmties as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's regulations and the license conditions.. The inspection consisted of observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel, and a selected examination of representative records. Additional information provided in your correspondence dated June 3, 1998, was also examined as part of the inspection. The findings of the inspection were discussed with David Vasbinder, Mark Pierro, Anthony Vargas, and Nancy Hutchison of your organization at the conclusion of the inspection.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified i
in accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules and Practices," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply -
