SUBJECT:
BOMB THREAT At 7:28.a.m., March 31, 1977, a bomb threat was received by a security guard
. at the Waterford, Unit No. 3 facility. The caller was thought to be a middle aged white male. The caller stated, "Tell head of security that a bomb has been planted."
The licensee initiated their security plan and began a search of the premises.
No bomb was found and the station was secured at 9:00 a.m. Employees were not evacuated from the site during the search.

The St. Charles Parish sheriff and the local FBI were notified of the incident.
The local sheriff came to the site and interviewed personnel including the
(' individual who received the call.
Media interest of this incident has tiot been evident. A press release is not i planned.
