CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of the subject modification is to: (1) increase the contract ceiling and the total amount obligated by $188,395 from
$399,950 to $588,348; (2) revise Sections C.4 Level of Effort and C 9 Schedule of Deliverables to incorporate new requirements; (3) extend the period of performance through December 31, 1998; (4) incorporate indirect rates for FY1999 in Section G.3 and (5) incorporate T. Johnson as key personnel in Section H.7.

Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) paragraphs a and b are revised as follows:
(a) The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $588,348, of which the sum of
$553,328 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
$35,020 represents the fixed fee.
(c) The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $588,348.
2.) Section C. 4 Level of Effort is revised as follows:
Task 1: Collect, evaluate, and select data 8.0 Task 2: Determine the maximum possible doses.
5.0 Task 3: Descrie the systems and identify barriers 74.5 to radiation risk.
