Gentlemen:
Please find enclosed the individual monh:i.".g report for 1997 as required by 10CFR20.2206(b). This submittal replaces the earlier submittal made on April 30, 1998 (W3F1-98-0082), which was found to contain errors. These errors were identified by our staff during a subsequent review. The sources of errors are being evaluated under the Waterford 3 Corrective Action Program (CR-98-0608 and CR-98-0609). The diskette information is now correct and has been verified. The enclosed diskette contains the information required by NRC Form 5.
