TASK ORDER NO. 3 MODIFICATION NO. 2 ENTITLED " DEVELOPMENTAL ASSESSMENT NUMERICAL TECHNIQUES" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-4 04-97-046 In accordance with Section G.4, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter l
definitizes Task Order No. 3 Modification No. 2. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
The period of performance for Task Order No. 3 is changed to September 30,1997 through October 31,1998. The total estimated cost for full performance of this task order is increased by $31,617 from $103,704.00 to $135,321. Funds in the amount of $31,617 are hereby increased from $103,704 to $135,321 for performance of this task order. The Contractor shall not incur costs for this task order which exceed the cumulative obligated amount of $135,321.

The contractor shall also document ACAP will be provided so that someone unfamiliar with the tool can both use and modify it with no assistance The deliverables include the documentation in both text and electronic format and the source code in electronic format to be delivered upon completion of task order, Oct. 31, 1998.
