PROPOSED RULE: REVISION OF 10 CFR 32.14(d)(1), i PROTOTYPE TESTING REQUIREMENTS FOR HANDS, DIALS, AND POINTERS USING TRITIUM Your concurrence is requested on the attached Commission paper with enclosures, including the Federal Register notice. This rulemaking action has been taken in response to a petition for rulemaking submitted by mb-microtec, Inc. The final rulemaking plan was submitted to the Commission on February 4,1997.
It is requested that NMSS coordinate with the Regions on this proposed rule.
