SUBJECT:
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: SECY 98-065 - FY 1998 EXCELLENCE PLAN The Commission agreed that, in light of the changes in the NRC's planning, budgeting, and performance management process (PBPM) that have occurred as a result of the Govemment Performance and Results Act of 1993, there is no need to maintain the FY 1998 Excellence Plan as a separate formal agency document. The maintenance and revision of the Excellence Plan can therefore be " sunset" as a separate management activity.
