STEAM LEAK ON MAIN TURBINE MOISTURE SEPARATOR DRAIN LINE The licensee unsuccessfully attempted to repair a steam leak on a main turbine moisture separator drain line while the plant was operating at full power. The licensee is reducing plant power to 15 percent power to repair the steam leak. During initiation of the power reduction the steam leak rate increased to the extent that personnel were cleared frem the immediate area. No increase in stack release rate _[
