Thank you for your response of April 9,1997, to the Notice of Violation (NOV) issued with the reference inspection report of February 10-14,1997. We have reviewed your response to the NOV and your corrective actions and determined that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. The implementation of your corrective actions will be reviewed during future inspections.
