Supplementary information: Enclosure 1 is the list of students from the States selected to attend the April 14-16,1998, inspecting for Performance, Materials Version Course (G-304).
Please provide the list of students and the travel instructions (Enclosure 2) to each individual from your program that is on the list. States with students attending this course have each agreed to pay travel expenses and where designated the tuition. To cover the tuition expense, each State should submit a purchase order, payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Attention: Diane Dandois. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer will, in turn, issue you a bill (invoice) against the purchase order
- upon completion of the course if for any reason your candidate is unable to attend, please submit to us a written purchase order cancellation. Course candidates should be encouraged to make travel and lodging arrangements as soon as possible.

for participation in the training course (G-304), " Inspecting for Performance, Materials Version."
l This course is scheduled to be presented April 14-16,1998 at the NRC Region ll Office, Atlanta Federal Center,61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, GA 30303-3415.
COURSE The course will be conducted beginning at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. each day.
Students will need to sign in at the main lobby of the building and again on the 24th floor. The Federal Center is on the MARTA line, Five Points Station.
LODGING AND TRAVEL: There are a number of hotels in the area around the Federal Center j
and others along the MARTA line. Participants must make their own lodging and travel arrangements. Individuals should request a State or government employee rate at the hotels.
