TASK ORDER NO. 33 ENTITLED ' TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE REVIEW OF NAC INTERNATIONAL'S SPENT FUEL TRANSPORTATION CASKS" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
This confirms verbal authorization provided to you on May 1,1998 to commence work under the subject task order with a temporary ceiling of $15,000. The effective date of thia task order is May 4,1998.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Tack Order Award," of the subject contract, this letter definitizes the subject task order. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work.
Task Order No. 33 shall be in effect from May 4,1998 through March 31,1999. The total cost ceiling is $101,469, of which the sum of $93,7#9 represents the reimbursable costs and the sum of $7,690 represents the fixed fee.
~l 99 This task order obligates funds in the amount of $58,190.
The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shallincrease the amount obligated with respect to this task order. Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk.
