The purpose of this modification to the subject task orderis to extend the expiration date from March 31,1997 to December 31,1998, at no additional cost to the Govemment.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the ceiling amount of $63,558.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and retum two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
