MODIFICATION NO. 4 TO DEOBLIGATE FUNDS UNDER TASK ORDER NO. 3 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-92-046
Dear Mr. Imatib-Rahbar:
The subject task order expired on December 31,1995. According to our records, there are funds remaining under this task order which are unexpended. Pending expiration of all ac'ive j
task orders and completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligEte the excess funds for other immediate agency requirements.
Our records indicate that excess funds in the amount of $1918.61 exist under this task order.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate funds in the amount of $1,918.61 thereby decreasing the amount obligated from $72,363 to $70,444.39. We are withholding $853.74 of the remaining fixed fee ($5669.00/ fixed fee -54815.26/ fee pd) pending final closecut.
