On page 6 of the State of Utah's Response to Scientists for Secure Waste Storage's Amended and Supplemental Petition to Intervene, dated March 9,1998, the State inadvertemly referred to Mr. Robert Hoffman as a State of Utah employee rather than a State of Utah public officer. In order to avoid any confusion the State requests the Board accept corrected page 6 of the State's Response which on line one substitutes "public officer" for
" employee." Attached hereto for filing is corrected page 6.
