Modification No.3 to Task Order No. 2 Under Contract No. NRC-26-94 267
Dear Mr Nock:
The subject task order expired on December 15, 1997, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 2 for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with respect to Task Order No. 2 by $33,222.88 from $68,858.87 to $35,635.99.
Accordingly. Task Order No. 2 is hereby revised as follows:
l Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter dated February 10, 1995, is deleted I
in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
" Task Order No. 2 shall be in effect from February 10, 1995, through December 15, 1997, with a cost ceiling of $68,858.87. The amount of
$64.354.08 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $4,504.79 represents the fixed fee.
The obligated amount of this task order is $35,635.99" Accounting data for this modification is as follows:

This modification deobligates FY 95 funds in the amount of ($33,222.88).
Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document.
You should retain one fully executed copy for your files, and return two copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter.

You are also requested to complete the enclosed forms regarding Final Release, General Assignments and Certification of proceeds from refunds, rebates, credits and other amounts as required by the contract.
When the final cost determination has been made, you will be notified and asked to submit your final invoice.
