The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $50,000, 1

' thereby increasing the contract's obligated amount from $147,000 to $197,000. Accordingly, the f

contract is hereby modified as follows:

l Under Subsection B.3 entitled " CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE" (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE 1 (JUN 1991), paragraphs (c) and (d) are deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"(c)

The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is

$197,000, of which the sum of $181,141.50 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $15,858.50 represents the fixed fee.

(d)

It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through September 15,1998.'

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.

A summary of obligations for this contract from award date, through the date of this action is given below:
