2 Enclosed is the Quality Assurance Program for Shipment of " Plutonium-Beryllium Neutron Sources. This Quality Assurance Program is limited to the shipment of 2" Plutonium-Beryllium neutron sources in Model DOT 6M packaging from the University of Hawaii at Manoa to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.
