Modification No.12 Page 2 of 2 This modification is issued to extend the period of performance at no additional cost to the Government.
The contract is therefore modified as follows:
Paragraph F.6. Duration of Contract Period, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following:
"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on January 4.1995 and will expire on June 30, 1998."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from date of award through the date of this action, is given below:
