CERTIFICATE OF QUALIFICATIONS (You are hereby certified to perform independent inspections in accordance with inspection -
~ Manual Chapter 1246. This certification is based upon: 1) your successful completion of the
. qualification journal assigned to you; 2) your satisfactory performance in the inspections you have performed during your training; 3) the qualification board administered on February 27, 1998; and 4) your interview with me. Although your qualification joumal was specifically,
designed to prepare you as an inspector of uranium recovery, you are also certified to inspect other areas as specified by your division director through an approved inspection plan.
As a certified uranium recovery inspector, you are also considered qualified to identify major problems or weaknesses in other areas, and you are charged with the responsibility to bring these problems to the attention of your management.
