Modification No. 3 to Task Order No. 4 entitled,
" Payroll / Personnel (Pay /Pers) System" under Contract No.
NRC-09-94-202 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order from December 31, 1997 to January 31, 1998, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph, first sentence, as modified in Modication No.1, beginning with " Task Order No. 4 shall..

entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from July 29, 1996 through January 31, 1998."

This modification obligates no funds.
No increase in the ceiling amount of the subject task order relative to this modification shall be reouired.
The issuance of this task order modification does not amend any others terms or conditions of the subject contract.
