PLANT SHUTDOWN AND FAILURE OF 0FF-GAS RUPTURE DISK Licensee reported that a rupture disk, on an isolated and unused original off-gas delay line, popped while plant was being shutdown for repair of a Recirculation Pump Bearing 011 Cooler. Shutdown for cooler repair will last approximately four days. During shutdown, the isolation i i
