We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions nave been completed.
Final payment in the amount of $8973.11 has been made. The amount of $29.93 is being disallowed as detailed in a letter from Deborah Neff to James Blankenship on 10/17/94.
The attached modification deobligates excess funds remaining in the amount of $3,361.72.
