SUBJECT:
CLOSEOUT OF GRANT NO. NRC-04-92-117, Modification No. 7 The period of performance of the subject grant expired on 12/31/96.
However, pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to.deobligate excess funds remaining under this grant for other immediate agency requirements.
Therefore, enclosed for your review and execution are three (3) signed copies of the subject modification deobligation excess funds in the amount of
$5694.30.
In order to comply with the terms of the grant award, the following items are required to close the grant.

Final Certification (Form enclosed) 2.
Federal Cash Transactions Report (SF 272) (Form enclosed) 3.
An inventory list of Government Furnished Property 4.
An inventory list of equipment and personal property acquired with grant funds having a unit acquisition cost over $ 1,000.00.
