The purpose of this siodification is to extend the contract expiration date to July 21, 1998 at no change to the contract estimated cost or fixed fee for the purpose of providing additional time for the Ukrainian MEPNS to submit its comments to the contractor for use and incorporation into the final contract deliverable report from task 5.
As of the date of this modification, these conenents have not been provided by the Ukrainians despite written reminders and requests for these comments sent by the NRC Project Of ficer.
