STAFF REQUIREMENTS - dig SION/POSSIBLE VOTE ON FULL POWER OPERATING LICENSE FOR SOUTH TEXAS UNIT 2, 2:00 P.M. TUESDAY, MARCH 28, 1989, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, ONE WHITE FLINT NORTH, ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The' Commission was briefed by the Houston Lighting'and Power Company (applicant) and the staff on the applicant's readiness to receive a full power operating license for the South Texas Unit 2 nuclear' generating station.

Gerald Vaughn, Vice President, Nuclear Operations W. Kinsey, Plant Manager The Commission, with all Commissioners agreeing, authorized the staff to issue, upon finding that the licensee has satisfied all requirements, a full power operating license to Houston Lighting
