Purpose:
Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss the radiological controls deficiencies experienced during replacement of nuclear instrumentation detectors in the Unit 1 reactor annulus on April 9,1998. The licensee's assessment efforts, including root causes and actions taken and planned as specified in NRC Confirmatory Action Letter No. 1-98-006, dated April 29,1998, will also be discussed.
