Thank you for your letter of November 20,1997 inviting me to tn the keynote speaker at the Intemational Conference on Fire Protection in Nuclear Installations
- Fire Safety 98." I am pleased to accept your invitation, and by separate mail will forward the names of my delegation.
While there, I would like to take the opportunity to meet with you and other Govemment of India officials responsible for nuclear and broader energy issues, and to visit some of your nuclear installations.
Dr. Karen Henderson of the Office of International Programs has been designated to work with your staff to arrange for this visit.
