This refers to your letter dated September 3, 1992, for a 30-day ee,tansion of the due date of Invoice No. AM02024-92.
The invoice was dated August 24, 1992, requiring payment by September 23, 1992. Under $15.31 and S15.37 of Part 15 of the Commission's debt collection regulations, copy enclosed, Biocontrol has not provided a vulid reason for extending the payment date. Therefore, an extension cannot be granted.
Enclosed in Form 526. If Blocontrol is the parent compuny and the gross receipts of the company are less than $3.5 million, than you may qualify under NRC's small business size standards.
A reduced fee of either $1800 at $400 would then be due. The stock offering is not considered part of gross receipts.
We received your payment of $4090.65 on October 16, 1992. If you >
qualif y under NRs small business size standards, a refund will be due.
