Modification No. 6 to Task Order No. 4 Under Contract No. NRC-33 93-225 The subject task order expired on June 30,1996. Based on our records there are excess funds remaining under the task order. Pending completion of all required closeout requ;rements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, a unilateral decision has been made by the Contracting Officer to deobligate the excess funds under the subject task order in the amount of $8,115.14. As a result of the issuance of this unilateral modificaiton, it is brought to your attention that Modification No.
6 under this task order dated March 09,1998, is hereby rescinded.
