NRC-02-87-004 Mod. No. 44 Page 2 of 3 This modification extends the period of performance under Task Order No.14,
" Review of Composite High Integrity Container Topical Report," Task Order No.16,." Evaluation of Safety Analysis Report and Related Submittals for the West Valley Demonstration Project," Task Order, No.18, " Safety Review of Proposed Amendment, Oconee Nuclear Stat, on Independent Spent Fuel Storage i
Installation," Task Order No.19, " Review of Pacific Sierra Nuclear Associates Ventilated Storage Cask System Topical Report," and Task Order No. 20, " Review of Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation" at no additional cost or obligation to the Government. Also, the contract period of performance is revised to reflect the performance period of the task orders which are still active under the contract. Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
1.
Task Order No.14 shall be in effect for the period June 29, 1988 through April 1, 1990. The task order ceiling amount remains the same at $38,566.00.
2.
Task Order No.16 shall be in effect for the period March 27, 1989 through October 1,1990. The task order ceiling amount remains the same at $183,518.00.
3.
Task Order No.18 shall be in effect for the period April 5,1989 through September 30, 1990.
The task order ceiling amount remains the same at $34,839.00.
4.
Task Order No.19 shall be in effect for the period June 27, 1989 through October 1,1990. The task order ceiling amount remains the same at $212,746.00.
5.
Task Order No. 20 shall be in effect for the period June 30, 1989 through October 1, 1990. The task order ceiling amount remains the same at $69,088.00.
Section F.3, Duration of Contract Period, is deleted and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance of this contract shall be from October 10, 1986 through October 1,1990. The purpose of this extension is to allow for completion of work under task orders 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22. No new task orders shall be placed af ter October 10, 1989."
All other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of
$2,100,009.00, remain the same.
