In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), enclosed is the original and three (3) copies of

Revision 43 of the Braidwood Nuclesr Power Station Security Plan.
This submittal clarifies expectations regarding the location of lay down areas within the Protected Area.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), this revision was implemented on April 24, 1998; therefore, this description cf the change is required to be submitted by June 23, 1998.
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), we have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan as summarized in the enclosure. These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
